The Institutions follows the Professional Management approach in managing the Institution. The Professional Management aims at enforcing the conception of ingeniousness in managing the academic and administrative matters. The Institution always believe in the practices of decentralization and participative management. Practice of Decentralization is having own significance in the management. It reflects the policy decision making, planning and administration, and office management. Management and Administration is responsible for quality action to promote education to all sections. The Institutions enhance the quality at various levels- Management, College Development Committee, Governing Council, Director, Academic Dean, IQAC Committee, NAAC Committee, Various Statutory Committees, Academic Staff Welfare, Administrative and Non-teaching Staff involve in the decentralization and participative management all are working together for effective functioning of the Institutions.

  1. a) Academic Autonomy :

The Boards of Studies, Academic council, Research council and other such academic bodies are devolved with the powers to design, implement, monitor, evaluate and report on the various academic and research activities of the institute and is completely composed of teaching staff, external experts and are effectively functioning and carrying out their responsibilities.

  1. b) Administrative powers :

The Board of management and the authorities of institute have clearly defined the Policies, Powers and Processes to be followed in fulfilling its mandate and the roles and responsibilities. These powers have been defined with regard to recruitment, establishment, service conditions, terminal benefits, leave management, promotions, statutory compliances, decision making, grievance, etc. and the composition of the bodies and the decisions are implemented without fail.
